Basic Winter Green Smoothie

1 apple
1 pear
2 bananas
1 and 1/2 cups kale(or any green you like, baby spinach is great for the beginner)
1 stalk celery
Water
Dice the fruit or cut in big chunks. Blend all ingredients together with about half a cup (up to 1 full cup) of water.
Little E just took a sip of this and wasn't a fan. I added 2 stalks of celery this time and he can really taste that. Next time I'll just go back to 1. Enjoy!
