What a delicious way to start a Monday morning! Today was the first time I have ever added raw cacao to a green smoothie (I rest in the camp that says this super food should be used in moderation), and wow it is very good! It tastes like a chocolate shake, but without all the processed junk and calories. Chocolate makes all Monday's better right? Of course it does! Go ahead try this smoothie, you won't be disappointed
Purple Chocolate Green Smoothie
2 big handfuls baby spinach
2 medjool dates
1 cup blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 TB raw cacao
1/2 cup pure water
Instructions:
Put it all in your blender and blend it up. Take a drink and smile. :)
